Every beautiful lady and classy men out there never stop dreaming and poundering on how to make their skin glow. Because I believe that the secret for beauty that makes us glow everyday depends on our skin. That’s why I will be giving out easy ways or tips on how to get a glowing skin. My content on this blog for glowing skin is not limited to only beautiful Queens, but also include handsome men. Glowing skin has different meaning to people. Many of us use the term to refer to skin that looks healthy and “awake” rather than dry, dull, or unevenly textured. Healthy skin is something that most people can work towards.

1: Bathing twice a day:- To observe the cleanliness of the highest level you must bathe twice a day in order to prevent body odor and unecessary smell from every corner of our body . It is very important to take our bath in the morning before going to our respective destinations and in the evening after we have all arrived and free from our day to day activities. Apart from maintaining cleaniness, there are alot of benefits for us if we keep bathing twice a day

2: What to eat and drink to make our skin Glow:-
what we consume everyday plays a particular role on our skin, that’s why we should be extra selective and careful of what we consume and drink. We should always eat healthy food such as; fatty fish, tomatoes, oatmeal, egg whites, Sweet potatoes and many more with less sugar and salt. We should consume alot of vitamins, through eating of fresh fruits like; avocado, walnut, sunflower seeds, carrot, soybeans, orange, pumpkin and we can take the listed above fruits above in form of juice.
Do not forget to stay hydrated everyday by drinking at least 6 – 8cups of water a day, because water plays a big part in the appearance of our skin. Water ensures our skin has enough moisture, which reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It also helps with nutrient absorption, removal of toxins and blood circulation.
3: Using the right and recommended product for our skin type:-
Getting the best products for our skin will contribute drastically to the GLOW. We should purchase highly recommended products for our skin not anyhow side road prescription. By knowing the type of moisturizer, cleanser, face toner, face mask, body wash, body cream and other beauty etiquettes that fits to our skin type or colour. We should always exfoliate at least ones in a week and do not forget to protect your skin from the harshness of sun by using sunscreen.

The best way to always look good start from you getting that GLOW for your beautiful skin, there things you need to do if you truly want to get a glowing skin. Geting enough sleep/rest.When it comes to our beauty routine, Our body repairs itself and recovers while sleeping, and that leads to a long list of benefits for our looks. The key is to get enough shut-eye — 7 to 9 quality hours each night and during the day we should take a nap or rest if we are less busy. We should not forget to keep exercising our body by doing workout, because it helps to increase blood flow, nourish skin cells and keep them vital. It is also very important to seek the help of a doctor if you notice that something has gone wrong with your skin.
5: What you have to stop doing to get a Glowing skin:-
Drinking too much of alcohol and smoking will only reduce your chances of getting a Glowing skin. Stop smoking and reduce the way you drink alcohol to live your skin supple and glowing free from dryness, wrinkles and ances. Stop picking pimples, because it will it leave a scar that takes longer to heal and fade and this will also spread the contents of the pimple to nearby pores leading to more problem. You should always allow the pimple to heal on its own pace and keep your hands off! We should also stop over exfoliating, we must not sleep with make up and we should prevent our body from ances.
